Scout, which was conceptualized in December 2018 by Canadian chef Charlotte Langley and Adam Bent. It is the first canned seafood brand to source its ingredients entirely from Canada and United States and only works with species and suppliers that are certified by Marine Stewardship Council. It’s now also sold in 300 locations across North America, including Eataly and select Whole Foods Markets in the Northeast as well as specialty independent

A Customer Experience Audit To Uncover What's Wrong.
Our Customer Experience (CX) Audit analyzed each page of the website to check user experience elements such ease to purchase, mobile experience design, subscription integration and quality of web copy.
We also took a look at the technical aspects of the site such as site speed, crawlability, mobile responsiveness and other technical CX factors to determine the root cause of drops on conversion rates.
Transforming Figma To Code
We worked with Dan Stein closely to not only covert the proposed figma to code but to also find Shopify tools that will better help manage content and automate conversion procedures. At the same time, we also optimized the site further by improving their page speed and fixing the technical issues on the site such as broken links and duplicate content issues.
A New Optimized Experience
We created a brand new Shopify platform where not only could customers learn more about Scout sustainability and what makes them different but also created a new user experience which is directly synced with Klaviyo, subscriptions and pre-order management and automated A/B testing tools.
