With the industry going digital, we were invited by ARES Scientific to reinvent the way they were positioned in the scientific industry while also finding ways to build more leads. Together, we created a new digital experience and standard for the scientific industry to follow.
Step One
Digital Workshop + Audit
We ran through with a digital workshop to better understand who the company was behind the scenes and helped the team landscape a new vision. We also explored with the client what tools and avenues the business received leads from to make sure we understood every sales avenue of the business before creating any code.
Step Two
Audit + Industry Outlook
We looked at all existing website traffic data and competitor search insights to create a case for how ARES can stand out from the competition not just through copy but through SEO and imaging as well. We learned that brands with showcase products instead of the team behind the products. As a result, we decided to emphasize the importance of customer service, having a dedicated representative and making products accessible through local SEO.
Step Three
A New Digital Experience
We decided to create a new platform where not only could customers learn more about ARES Scientific and what makes them different from the rest but also created a product portal where customers can request for a direct quote / find their new rep without having to go through the hassle of multiple touch-points before knowing the price of a single product.
The Results
We created a new landscape for how ARES Scientific stands out from the competition and optimized how they do customer service in person to be the exact same experience online.
As result, customers are now contacting ARES Scientific directly through the website and each potential customers is able to know right away who will be contacting them before the conversation starting.
