27Names is the largest experience agency partnership in Europe, bringing together independent agencies across 27 markets to create live, experimental experiences for some of the world’s most recognized brands. With nearly 200 agency and client leaders shaping the network, 27Names occupies a unique position at the intersection of creative leadership and pan-European market insight. As their partnership expanded and their thought leadership deepened, 27Names recognized their existing digital presence no longer matched the scale, sophistication, or ambition of the work being produced across their member network.

The Process
Discovery and Alignment
We began with structured stakeholder alignment sessions to understand how 27Names operates across its member agencies, how leads move through the funnel, and how the network’s collective intelligence could be surfaced digitally. Working in close partnership with BlinkTwice Studios, who led the brand identity refresh, our team mapped a fresh digital strategy and information architecture designed to reflect both the depth of the network and the breadth of work it produces. These early sessions also revealed an opportunity that became central to the engagement: a dedicated inspiration space where brand-side leaders could explore proven experience formats and learn from the network’s collective output.

Detailed Analysis and Strategic Planning
With strategic direction set, we developed a full custom sitemap and UI/UX framework built to house more than 60 case studies, a members portal, and a public-facing inspiration hub. The inspiration page became the strategic anchor of the build, designed to host flagship thought leadership including The European Experience Index™ (EEX) 2025, the first dual-perspective benchmark shaped by nearly 200 agency and client leaders across 27 markets. We also planned the analytics and SEO foundation alongside a direct HubSpot integration, ensuring every visitor could be captured, segmented, and re-engaged through 27Names’ CRM rather than lost at the top of the funnel.

Implementation and Integration
Our team executed the full technical development, including a custom case study importer that allowed 27Names to migrate and manage their growing library of more than 60 case studies without manual rebuild. We delivered the members portal as a dedicated, fully organized environment for partner agencies, built out the YouTube presence to extend their content reach, and integrated HubSpot directly into the site so every form submission and engagement flowed straight into the CRM. The entire build, from discovery to launch, was delivered in three months.
